Yes. Every episode is free to play, with no subscription, no paywall and no ads.

No. You can listen without one. Signing in only syncs your library, listening positions and alerts across devices.

Yes. Open the player to change the playback speed, set a sleep timer or see what's next in the queue. On a computer you can use Space to play or pause, the arrow keys to skip back 15 or forward 30 seconds, and Shift+N or Shift+P for the next or previous episode.

Some series are short vertical videos made for phones. They play in the same player as audio and open full screen.

An episode keeps its number for good once it's out, so your place never shifts. If an episode is taken down, its number isn't reused.

Without an account, on your device (in this browser or in the app). With an account, it also syncs to every device you sign in on.

With a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google. There is no password to remember.

Save a series while signed in and you'll see its new episodes in your alerts. You can mute alerts for any series.

Go to the Account page (on the web or in the app) and choose Delete account. It permanently erases your email, library, positions and reviews.

Signed-in listeners who have listened to it. Reviews show your display name and picture, never your email, and you can edit or delete yours at any time.

Approved authors use the author studio to upload episodes and covers and schedule releases. Each release is reviewed before it goes live.

Original stories you have the rights to, that follow the community guidelines. Sexually explicit content isn't allowed.

Use the Report button next to any story, episode, author or review, choose a reason and add details if you can.

Our team reviews every report. If the content breaks our guidelines we remove it, and we can lock the author's account. Reports are confidential.
